3LIONSYSTEM is the Lithium system based on LiFePO4 technology batteries with BMS embedded in the battery. All this, combined to a dedicated installation, guarantees the best performance with appliances and maximum security. The thermo-stable chemistry (LiFePO4) (thanks to the iron element) means that all risks are excluded, making the 3LION the perfect lithium wotorhome battery.
The advanced BMS, integrated in the battery, allows the safe use of heavy loads such as: air conditioners, coffee machines, hair dryers and inverters in general. The BMS constantly balances the cells that compose the battery, and monitors values such as voltage, current, temperature, internal resistance, etc., always keeping the battery at maximum efficiency.

FAST CHARGE
The high charging currents from the alternator, with the vehicle in motion, can be managed by 3LINK or from the DC-DC creating a preferential and safe charging line, without stressing the motorhome’s original system; even with the 3LION completely discharged, it will be enough to turn on the vehicle engine for 30 minutes to have a day of autonomy.
ZERO MAINTENANCE
Chemistry and internal electronics work together to make this type of battery completely maintenance-free. You will no longer need to worry about sulphation, from which this particular composition is free, nor about deep discharge damage previously caused to Lead Acid batteries.
60% LIGHTER
The very high energy density of the chemical (LiFePO4) makes the 3LION a concentrated source of power, and the weight saving is incredible: over 60% lighter than a lead-acid battery of the same capacity!
HIGH NUMBER OF CYCLES
The lithium battery charging cycles can seem almost infinite, reaching around 5 times those of conventional batteries, in some cases even exceeding the vehicle’s obsolescence! It is possible to reach 2500 cycles with 80% depth of discharge, but avoiding over-discharge, it can go up to 5000!
HEAVY-DUTY RESISTANT
The low internal resistance and special electrochemical composition enables high discharge currents to be sustained without damage. 3LION do not be afraid of using air conditioners, coffee machines, hair dryers, inverters in general, etc… Up to 4 hours with an air conditioner and up to twice the capacity of a conventional battery.
SAFE AND RELIABLE
The chemistry (LiFePO4) gives the battery a thermodynamic stability, the powerful integrated BMS (Battery Management System) protects the battery from short circuit/polarity reversal, over-voltage, over-discharge, over-temperature and finally by following our A or B configurations we avoid problems with the original electrical system.

INSTALLATION
The original electrical system (wire, relais, etc..) is not designed to handle the lithium service battery safely, as the original control unit and wiring are often not suitable for the currents involved with lithium. For this reason, the plug and play replacing the AGM battery with a lithium battery is not recommended. 3LINK, unlike the plug&play solutions, allows the original electrical system to be bypassed without any stress.
MAIN FEATURES
Thanks to this type of system and the 3LINK, it is possible to achieve very fast recharging of the lithium-ion leisure batteries while still protecting the original electrical system.
The Touch Screen Display, included in the kit, allows you to monitor and manage all on-board batteries.
EURO6VEHICLES WITH SMART ALTERNATOR
INSTALLATION
The new vehicles, equipped with smart alternators, need a DC-DC (travel charger) to recharge leisure batteries. The system is already designed to suit the charging requirements of this original DC-DC, which do not change even when a lithium battery is installed, which is why it is possible and safe to replace the original battery with a 3LION battery.
MAIN FEATURES
In this case, the charging speed depends on the characteristics of the originally installed DC-DC, so the system is always safe and has a faster installation.
With this configuration it is possible to stay up-to-date on the status of the batteries by purchasing EnergyMeter: Touch Screen Display dedicated to the management of the connected battery pack.

3LION SYSTEM includes:
3LION Battery
3LION is the high-performance and safe lithium service battery with LiFePO4 technology.
Long life: around 2500 cycles with 80% DOD, it is equipped with an internal Battery Management System (BMS), which is essential for managing and protecting the cells.
The BMS monitors voltage, current, resistance and temperature and uses this information to keep the cells balanced, preventing internal imbalances in the battery by protecting it from: overvoltage, undervoltage, short circuit, overtemperature and overcharging.
Thanks to high power density and a more stable operating voltage, 3LION batteries are able (with the same declared capacity) to provide a much longer range than conventional batteries!
3LINK Black Box and Display
3LINK is an advanced control unit required for lithium system optimisation on recreational vehicles.
Leaving the original wiring system untouched, and connecting the3LINK system: 3LION Battery, Starter Battery and all on-board appliances (control unit, battery charger, inverter etc.), it will be possible to optimally recharge the Lithium battery with high currents while driving, without damaging the original electrical system.
The display provides information about the operation of the system, such as the charging status of 3LION, the voltage of the on-board batteries and the charging or discharging current.
3LINK directly manages the recharging of the engine battery, which is connected with cables of a suitable cross-section via the blackbox and can count on a super-fast recharge of up to 75A per hour of travel (depending on the alternator installed). This control unit provides additional protection for the precious lithium battery by constantly monitoring charge, discharge and SOC currents and will also charge the starter battery when possible (with a fully charged lithium battery and charge source connected).
