POWERSERVICE PSB
The new DC-DCs of the POWERSERVICE PSB series are powerful travel chargers that are also highly efficient with Smart Alternator (Euro 6) vehicles. High charging currents (up to 80A) make PSBs ideal for fast charging Lithium batteries or high capacity traditional systems; Buck Booster technology, stabilizes the charge making PSBs ideal for all vehicles or boats, where fast and correct charging of leisure batteries of any technology is important: Lithium LiFePO4, AGM, Gel, Flooded.
All PSBs are equipped with the intelligent OPTICHARGE system which optimises the performance and yield of Leisure batteries by selecting a specific charging curve for each technology and specific charging curve selection and the state of charge analysis algorithm developed by the NDS Software Team.
The POWERSERVICE PSB is the only device on the market with an AUX connection, allowing the PSB to be installed in vehicles with existing charging systems. When the vehicle is in motion, the AUX relay shifts all the loads connected in the control unit to the engine battery, thus bypassing the existing parallel charging connection, so the leisure battery will be recharged directly, at maximum performance.
As well as power, safety is also important. PSB protection systems prevent the alternator from overloading and the engine battery from running out of power.
